TENDER FOR TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES (TREE MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK TMF 2) WCC/TMF2/82576
You are invited to participate in a tender for the above, in accordance with the instructions and specifications held within the tender documents and in the original Contract Notice.
The Contract Notice for this tender was advertised by Winchester City Council, via the Find a Tender portal and Contracts Finder, in accordance with the terms of the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
This tender is being conducted as a Restricted process and as such you should register and complete Appendix 1 Selection Questionnaire (SQ) within the tender portal and the stated timeframes to be considered for this opportunity. All SQ applications should be submitted via the CTM Website by 17:00 on 19 April 2024.
Following evaluation, those successfully shortlisted at Stage 1 will be invited to submit a tender in line with the indicative procurement timetable.

Following conclusion of tender evaluation and standstill, the successful contractors will be required to enter into a Framework Agreement with the council via Framework Agreement form of contract, incorporating documents stated within the tender documents. The Tree Management Framework Agreement will commence on 1st January 2025
