You are invited to submit a bid, for Hull Libraries Innovate Humber Project.

Hull City Council on behalf of Hull City Culture and Leisure (HCAL), is seeking bids from Suppliers to provide. the delivery of a programme of events and workshops with expert guidance to encourage and help businesses (SME’s) in the Humber Region to develop or test new ideas, products, processes, or services that are new to the business or to the market.

Participating suppliers should ensure that they complete and upload their submission via Hull City Council’s electronic portal, YORtender, by 12 Noon BST on Thursday 16 February 2023.
